[gt-users] gt sketch: controlling order in which tracks are displayed

Hello all,
I've just begun using GT in conjunction with my BEDTools package
for drawing thousands of genomic structural variations and their
nearby annotations. However, I have quickly hit a road block.
Briefly, I cannot figure out how to control the order (e.g. from top
to bottom) in which tracks are displayed in the resulting image when
using "gt sketch".
For example, here's my command:
gt sketch -force -format png -width 1200 -style sv.style -seqid chr1
-start 35628097 -end 35631800 complex.png deletions.gff
duplication.gff LINES.gff SINES.gff SimRep.gff LTRS.gff
Now, I want the image to display the tracks in the following order
(top to bottom):
deletions.gff
duplications.gff
LINES.gff
LTRS.gff
SINES.gff
SimRep.gff
Strangely, the order that is actually displayed is neither a) the
order in which the files are listed on the command line, nor b) the
order of the the entries in the style file.
Could someone enlighten me as to how do this? Certainly it must be
possible.
Many thanks,
Aaron
