Looks like you are using the binary version of GenomeTools. Can you
verify you have the Cairo library installed, as this seems what is
missing. If you are not able to install the Cairo library, and do not
need the AnnotationSketch functionality, please download the source
version of GenomeTools and recompile with the 'cairo=no' make parameter.
Please report back if the problem persists, we will then try to locate
the problem further.
