[gt-users] Fwd: Genome tools sketch yields blank png

One of my collaborators is installing gt from source on CentOS. He runs gt
sketch, but the resulting .png file is blank. Has anyone else seen this
issue?

Apart from some library and include-file path issues, everything seems to
compile fine (various "yum install ..." -> pixman -> cairo -> gt). However,
running a test command like:

/tmp/gt/genometools-1.3.3/bin/gt sketch -width 1065 -style
/tmp/gt/genometools-1.3.3/gtdata/sketch/default.style -force -flattenfiles
-addintrons -seqid 1 -start 1000000 -end 2000000 test.png seq1.gff3

results in a nearly blank png image.
