Thanks for your bug report. We have no knowledge of something like that
happening up to now, but of course I will investigate. Which CentOS
version did you use?

Can you provide a minimal example GFF3 file showing this behaviour? This
could help me track down the source of your issue.
What cairo version do you use? It could also be useful to know what
exactly you mean by 'nearly blank'. Can you send an example output image?
Did you change anything in the default style file? If not, you shuould
be able to omit the '-style' option.
Finally, does changing the outout format to PDF, PS or SVG produce a
non-blank image file?
